Park District The central park of New Illis. Live music plays in the gazebo frequently, and during the summer the pond is free to swim in. No fishing though.
Dock District The dock district, still home to the major imports and exports, but under Paladin control. It's a bad enough place to be during the day, only the most hardy are here at night.

Twin Bridge District Home to the Campbell and Englund bridges, the Englund bridge is sealed off and under control of the anti-super group, but the other bridge is open, albeit under Paladin control.

Fortress District The headquarters of the Paladins is located here, alongside the barracks, and a few small housing projects for the families of the Paladin soldiers. Only if their not human of course.

Lovecraft Island
Historic District Full of museums and the historic sites of the original settlers of New Illis. Statues of the forefathers lie in the central park, and the graveyard lies due east of it. Its also home of the New Illis mall.
Wards The low income area of New Illis. It is now surrounded by an electrified fence as the hunters have made it their hive. Some say there is a hunter queen. But its just a rumour... Right?

Central District Home to the new mayor's office, the central district isn't very exciting. Though it is home to the anti-super group and the remaining human survivors of the explosion and the Paladin holocaust.
